MyPace Life Limited (“MyPace Life” or “MPL”) has commenced its role as Third-Party Administrator (“TPA”) for Hong Kong long-term insurance policies of Desjardins Financial Security Life Assurance Company (“DFS”), with effect from 1 January 2026.

Under the Administration Agreement entered into between MPL and DFS, MPL is responsible for providing policy administration and customer servicing support for the DFS Hong Kong policies. These services include, among others, policy administration, customer enquiries handling, transaction processing, claims handling, and ongoing operational support, in accordance with the agreed service scope and applicable regulatory requirements.

DFS, as the insurer, continues to be responsible for all insurance liabilities under the relevant policies. MPL does not assume any insurance risk in connection with the administration services.

No action is required for policyholders — the transition has happened automatically. There will be no changes to existing policy coverage, terms, or benefits. Further information will be communicated to affected policyholders as appropriate.
