MyPace Life Appoints Alexander Moore as Chief Growth Officer to Drive Strategic Expansion
HONG KONG – MyPace Life Limited (“MyPace Life”), a life insurer in Hong Kong, today announced the appointment of Alexander Moore as Chief Growth Officer. This strategic appointment follows a series of major milestones for the company, including its transition to a fully authorized insurer and the successful migration of several life insurance portfolios.
A Seasoned Expert in Insurance and Finance
Mr. Moore joins MyPace Life alongside his current role as Chief Financial Officer of PACE Solutions Limited, one of MyPace Life’s key shareholders. He brings decades of experience as a senior insurance and Insurtech investment banker at several blue-chip firms.
Scaling Fast Following Key Milestones
The appointment comes at a time of rapid expansion for MyPace Life. On 24 February 2026, the company received full authorization from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority to carry on multiple classes of long-term insurance business, including Life and Annuity, Linked Long Term, Permanent Health, and Retirement Scheme Management.
The company is now focused on completing portfolio transfers from other Hong Kong-based life insurers. Most recently, on 1 March 2026, MyPace Life successfully completed a Section 24 portfolio transfer of the Hong Kong long-term insurance businesses of The Canada Life Assurance Company and Canada Life Limited.
Expanding Operational Capabilities
In addition to its role as a primary insurer, MyPace Life has established itself as a Third-Party Administrator (“TPA”). On 1 January 2026, the company commenced TPA services for Desjardins Financial Security Life Assurance Company’s Hong Kong policies, managing customer inquiries, claims, and day-to-day administration.
